Why We Help

PHAM was established in 2014 with the focus to inspire and support youth and adults develop their community, skillsets, and character.  The initial target group was the East Side of Buffalo, NY. 

Slavery, racism, and other destructive forms of capitalism have devalued, divided, and destroyed groups of people through out history.  The aim for PHAM  is to foster healthy forms of capitalism that constructively, unites and empower people with compassion and information to build a more healthy, productive, and prosperous community. These goals are to create communities that are healthier in as many ways as possible (socially, educationally, economically, spiritually, physically, and mentally). Achieving this outcome is intended through selling aparel and making investments for uniting people for a common constructive goal to build a healthier community with mutual respect for everyone.

Overall the goal of PHAM is to build healthy businesses, communities, and people through uniting people for constructive undertakings.  Some of those expected undertakings include continuing to organize youth activities such as STEM training, entrepreneurship, finance, business, professional development, artistic expression, and supporting other constructive community activities! Also, efforts will be made to sell apparel branded with the PHAM logo.
